Shooner Construction was founded in 2005 by Thomas Shooner with a simple yet powerful vision: to deliver construction services that exceed expectations at every level. What began as a small contracting operation in Whitby, Ontario, has grown into one of the region's most respected full-service construction companies.

Company Founded

Thomas Shooner establishes Shooner Construction in Whitby, Ontario, starting with residential renovation projects.

2009

Commercial Division Launched

Expanded into commercial construction, securing our first major office building contract in the GTA.

2013

100th Project Completed

Reached the milestone of 100 completed projects, earning recognition as a top regional contractor.

2017

Team Expansion

Grew to over 100 team members and opened our current headquarters on Taunton Road East in Whitby.
